Project inquiries

The contact form collects your name, email, optional organization, requested service, and message. If included in your link, campaign fields such as source and campaign name are saved with the inquiry. We use these details to respond, scope work, and manage the business relationship.

Inquiries are stored in Wirewalk's private inquiry system before an email notification is attempted, so a failed notification does not discard your request. Contact sales@wirewalk.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we need to retain for an engagement or transaction.

Payment

Stripe processes payments. Wirewalk receives transaction references, payment status, amount, and the contact and purchasing details needed to administer the service. Payment card or bank credentials are entered with Stripe, not stored by this site. Cloudflare Turnstile provides checkout abuse protection.

Website services

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. The inquiry and order services run on Cloudflare. These providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect their services. This site does not install advertising pixels or use analytics cookies.

Research information

Do not submit participant records, credentials, confidential datasets, or unpublished sensitive material through the initial contact form. We agree access, processing, confidentiality, and retention arrangements before handling research data. An inquiry does not authorize uploading your data to an external AI provider.
