Prices are in USD for remote professional services. Scope and availability are confirmed before work starts. Compute, API usage, software licenses, hardware, travel, and any applicable taxes are separate and agreed before commitment.
Book a defined engagement.
Each fee covers the stated scope up to its effort limit. Extra work requires your approval and a separate quote. Diagnostic work does not guarantee a fix or a particular performance gain.
HPC / AI troubleshooting
$1,800 fixed fee
Up to four engineering hours on one reproducible issue in one agreed environment. Evidence review, diagnosis, and a written repair plan; approved low-risk fixes within the time cap.
HPC performance assessment
$4,500 fixed fee
Up to 12 engineering hours on one workload and one cluster. Scheduler, GPU/CPU, storage and fabric profiling, a baseline, and prioritized findings. Implementation quoted separately.
Research AI model evaluation
$3,500 fixed fee
Up to eight engineering hours comparing up to three candidate models on one agreed task and a client-supplied evaluation set. Quality, latency and cost comparison with a recommendation.

These are planning minimums, not checkout prices. We quote the deliverables, assumptions, effort, and milestones after a scoping conversation.
GPU / workflow optimization sprint
from $6,000
Projects from $6,000. One agreed performance bottleneck or workflow, implementation, before-and-after measurements, and handover. Final scope, effort and fee are quoted.
Research AI application or pipeline
from $9,500
Projects from $9,500. A scoped application, RAG assistant, scientific data pipeline or model integration with evaluation and handover. Data readiness and integrations determine the final quote.
Research engineering support
from $1,200
$300 per hour, four-hour minimum ($1,200), with an agreed spending cap. Scheduled support, workflow maintenance, or team enablement. No automatic renewal or round-the-clock response promise.
Purchasing & project terms
A structure your team
can budget for.
For larger projects, the usual structure is 40% at acceptance, 40% at a demonstrated milestone, and 20% at handover. The signed proposal sets the actual milestones and payment terms.

Request a written quotation, vendor information, and a purchase order or invoice arrangement. Invoice terms are agreed in writing; submitting an inquiry does not approve credit or start work.
Card and bank transfer
Directly bookable services use Stripe Checkout. Card and ACH have the same published fee, with no automatic prepayment or bank discount. Bank payments may take several business days to clear.
Optional costs stay visible
We separate engineering fees from cloud/GPU rental, API usage, hardware, storage, licensing, and travel. Client-owned subscriptions and approved spending caps keep running costs visible.
